HZ6(4) Center Rotary Rock Grab is a high efficiency mucking equipment dedicated to vertical shaft sinking. Used in the construction of vertical shafts with a net diameter of 4 meters or more in coal mines, metal mines, and non metal mines.
Mainly used to grab broken loose rock (block size ≤ 500mm) and load it into kibbles, serving as key equipment to improve the efficiency and safety of shaft construction.has been maturely applied in various mines across the country.
Structure Features & Working Principle:
Structure: Center rotary type, fixed on the hanging platform, compact and efficient.
○ Slewing Mechanism: Optimized bearings and universal joints enable ≥360° smooth rotation with minimal maintenance.
○ Luffing Mechanism: Improved booster cylinder (pneumatic hydraulic linkage) delivers precise and powerful drive.
○ Hoisting Mechanism: Pneumatic and brake linkage control for accurate lifting/lowering and safe load holding.
○ Control: Centralized control valve operation, allowing single person operation of all functions.
○ Grab: Grab bucket descends and grabs rock.
○ Lift & Swing: Hoists while rotating above the kibble.
○ Discharge: Fine tunes luffing, opens bucket to unload.
○ Return: Empty bucket returns to start the next cycle.
By optimizing the slewing bearings, universal joints, and booster cylinder, the machine maintains its compact and flexible design while achieving more stable performance, longer service life, and less maintenance, ensuring safe and fast vertical shaft construction.
